We have been using PayPal as our payment processor since 2017.
Unfortunately, due to changes in their fee schedule policy dating back
several years, refunds to customers do not result in a refunds of fees we pay to PayPal. As a result, any order that a customer gets refunded, for any reason, results in a loss to us. To cover these increased costs, we are increasing prices.
If you need any of our fonts during this order pause,
contact us directly for fulfillment.
If anyone knows of a payment processor who prices refunds more fairly, please let us know so we can get rid of PayPal as soon as possible...
